Easy to install but the directions do not tell you to save the rubber gasket since none comes with the new adapter

The so clean adapter has a black tube that deteriorates badly leaving black granules in the distilled water being processed to your mouth and nose or just nose depending upon your mask. Imagine what this is doing to your lungs. This is horrible. Somebody needs to be held accountable for this.

Review for ResMed AirSense 10 Adapter lid

I am not happy that the SoClean adapter lid does not come with a gasket for the lid. If I use this lid for my SoClean, why would I purchase one I don't use, but has a gasket? It's frustrating, because I can't find just the gasket I need. CPAP won't work w/o it.
