Get Your Test Results
Online Results
Your unofficial IELTS test results are made available on theOnline Registration System Website 5-7 calendar days after your computer-based test date, or 13 days after your paper-based test. It may take until that afternoon for the results to become visible. Results can be viewed online forup to 30 days.
In order to see your results,you will need your reference number and your candidate number. Please contact the Concordia IELTS Test Centre if you have lost this information.
Personal Test Report Forms (TRFs)
Paper-based copies of your Test Result Form (TRF) are mailed or couriered 13 calendar days following the test date. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier that is selected. You will receive onlyone (1) original TRF; this is your personal copy. Please note:Courier is strongly recommended as regular post cannot be tracked and may take up to three (3) weeks for delivery.
Please choose the courier option at registration to ensure a timely and secure delivery of your TRF.
If you wish to pick up your TRF at our offices, send an email BEFORE the 13-day deadline. You may pick up your TRF at 1250 Guy St., Suite FB-117, during business hours. CandidatesMUST show proof of identity (Passport or Permanent Resident Card) when picking up their personal TRF.
NOTE: Test scores will not be given over the telephone, by fax nor email.
Official TRFs
Academic Module
Institutions will accept only official Test Report Forms (TRFs) sent directly from Concordia's IELTS Test Centre.
Our Test Center can send up to five(5) TRFs to officially recognized institutions provided this wasrequested when completing the online application. The TRFS will be sent by regular mail 13 days after the test date; this service is included in the fee you have paid for the IELTS test.
If you wish to have the TRF sentby courier the following fees will apply:
- Within Canada: $25
- To the USA: $35
- Worldwide: $70
Official TRFs cannot be cancelled once they have been requested during the online application.
General Training Module (for immigration)
If you require an additional copy of your IELTS results for immigration purposes, it will be sent to your home address. We are not able to send your results to immigration officials nor Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC).
Ordering additional TRFs after the test
To request additional TRFsafter registration, please complete theAdditional TRF Request Form and send it to Language.test@concordia.ca.
If the Test Centre receives your additional TRF requestsbeforeyour test result is released, the additional TRFs will be sent on the 13th calendar day following the test day. If the Test Centre receives your requestafter your results are released, it will take two business days to process those requests.
There will be a fee of $25 for each additional TRF requested. All TRFs will be sent byregular mailunless you request another method of shipment. In this case, you will be charged the applicable courier fees.
TRFs are valid for two (2) years after the test date. After this date, additional TRFs will not be sent.
Re-scoring your IELTS test
If you believe there is an error in your score, you can request that your test be re-scored. You must request a re-score withinsix (6) weeks of your test date. Your test can only be re-scored once.
To request a test re-score, fill in theEnquiry on Results Form and submit it, along with your original score report to Language.test@concordia.ca.
You may choose one or more parts of the test to be re-scored: the fee remains the same, $290.
Your result will normally be available in 3 weeks, depending on several factors, including the number of sections requested for remarking. If you have not received a response after 28 days, please contact your test centre.
Please note that test centre will deduct up to CAD25 per EOR refund.
