  • ii tbsp Olive Oil, or as needed

Beef

  • 1lb / 500g Lean Ground Beefiness
  • 1/two cup / 125ml Water or Low Sodium Beef Stock
  • 1 heaped tbsp Tomato plant Puree (Tomato Paste in United states)
  • two tsp each: Paprika, Cumin
  • ane tsp each: Garlic Powder, Oregano, Salt
  • 1/2 tsp each: Onion Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Cornstarch/Cornflour (see notes)

  • Olive Oil, as needed

Fillings

  • 1.5 cups / 150g Monterey Jack, shredded
  • ane.5 cups / 150g Cheddar, shredded
  • 1 small Blood-red Pepper (bell pepper), finely diced
  • i small White Onion, finely diced
  • 1/two can Black Beans, rinsed
  • i cup Pickled Jalapenos, sliced (optional)
  • In a modest basin, combine 2 tsp paprika & cumin, ane tsp garlic powder, oregano & table salt, ane/2 tsp onion powder & cayenne pepper and i/four tsp black pepper. Place to i side.
